eoBlog - April 2016

Just two weeks ago team eoSurgical were in Liverpool for ASiT’s 40th Anniversary conference. As promised we ran a competition during the conference to find the “fastest peg threader in the (north) West”. With £200 off an eoSim being the top prize there was plenty of interest in the competition. It’s fair to say that the time taken to complete the peg threading task varied considerably at first but a marker of 45 seconds was set early at lunchtime on the Friday.

Times dropped to the mid-thirties on Saturday, but it wasn’t until later that day the fastest time of the competition of just 30 seconds was set. Congratulations go to Chris Limb, who is now the proud owner of his own eoSim. And thanks too to everyone who took part in the competition – we hope you enjoyed the Wild West theme! There are already rumours that we will be running a similar competition at the ASiT conference next year, so there’s plenty of time to start practising.

Next month we will be in Belfast for the ASGBI conference, and team eoSurgical look forward to seeing you there.

Keep on threading!
