July 20, 2016

3D printing is the additive manufacturing process of creating 3D objects from a digital file. Applications are expanding fast, with surgical education and simulation a promising area. eoSurgical have recently partnered up with 3DLifePrints. This innovative UK-based company specialises in delivering 3D printed anatomical models for surgical planning, education, and as a tool to improve doctor-patient communications.

We now offer a range of skull models for use by neurosurgery and maxillofacial trainees – and are in a position to develop bespoke models according to your needs. For users of eoSim, we can now generate pathology-specific models upon which to practice.
