    Roland Partridge - Founder & Managing Director.
Roland established eoSurgical to pioneer take-home simulator training. As a Paediatric Surgery Registrar he has first-hand experience of the need for better simulation tools. He evolved the SurgTrac software and eoSim take-home simulator from primitive 'webcam-in-a-shoebox' prototype into a complete surgical skills training platform now used in over 50 countries worldwide. He has a PhD in developmental biology and is driven by the improvements in global healthcare that can be achieved by surgery, research and the innovative application of technology.

 

   Paul Brennan - Founder & Director of Sales and Marketing.
Paul is a Consultant Neurosurgeon and Senior Lecturer at the University of Edinburgh. He holds a PhD in cancer cell biology and is widely published in a range of academic fields. He is motivated by the vision of improving the safety of surgery through simulation.  Paul is responsible for reaching out to the global surgical community and delivering high quality and accessible surgical simulation tools.

   Mark Hughes - Founder & Director of Product Development.
Mark is a Neurosurgery trainee. He holds a PhD investigating the interface between neuronal networks and silicon semiconductor microelectronics. He is particularly interested in the application of emerging computer interfaces to create novel training and warm-up arenas. As part of eoSurgical the goal is to create exciting, practical, and effective solutions for surgeons.
  
  Hannah O'Donnell - Purchasing Manager. 
Hannah is a postgraduate developing a career in public health medicine, focusing on how emerging technologies can be used to improve healthcare globally. She brings this drive to developing surgical simulation education to improve global health. She ensures the customer experience is the best it can be, from receipt of orders to providing technical support.

 

   Razvan Ilin - Software Engineer. 
Razvan graduated with a First Class Honours in Software Engineering at Edinburgh Napier University. He has extensive experience in implementing full commercial web services and developing software. He worked in multiple companies, both corporate and start-ups, including working as a Software Engineer at IBM. He has been involved in the development of SurgTrac from the beginning, and is committed to continue developing the software to provide the best possible simulation education experience.

 

 Tom Barrett - Operations.
Tom is a current postgraduate student at the University of Edinburgh. Specialising in the Neurosciences, he is committed to developing affordable, accessible and effective surgical training around the globe. Tom’s work involves aiding in day-to-day operations here at eoSurgical as well as working to develop our presence on the international market.

 

 Wojciech Cichoradzki - Software Development.
Wojciech is entering his third year of studying Computer and Electronic Systems at the University of Strathclyde. As a software development intern, he assists with the development of the SurgTrac and is interested in the technologies used to deploy SurgTrac.
